Got an error while asking a question, how to clear that?

I have setup a new website with q2a and while testing it with new questions I got an error.

"A Question2Answer database query failed when generating this page.

A full description of the failure is available in the web server's error log file."

Is there something wrong that I have done while setup or this error is something else.

You need to create separate databases for each q2a sites.

I have solved this out. Actually I didn't initialised the star rating plugin and that was creating the problem. But everything is working.
