I remove widget but it appears on my page again

I remove facebook like button with widget anywhere but it appears on my page again. How can I remove it? Please help me.
Q2A version: 1.6.3

Go to Admin ---> plugins ---> Widget Anywhere ---> Options ---> "your widget" - After Question Text ----> Delete Widget ---> Save widget

Check also if you've added some javascript here:

Admin>Layout> "Custom HTML at top of every page"

--> delete it
