I have changed Kai useful plugin: prevent-simultaneous-edits and added some features.

Added admin page with some basic options
Added compatibility with external users (to run and not to product errors)
Fixed deletion bug (from version 1.0.0)
Added Jalali date support (It can be set from admin page)

Please let me now about bugs.
