Say I have 4 categories where I need a Super Admin for each.  Example below:

Cat1 - Jane requires super admin

Cat2 - Bob requires super admin

etc....

If I enable Category specific privileges shouldn't those users be able to add/edit privileges for users within that category?

For Jane her privs are set to:

Super Administrator for CAT1

However this user cannot enable category specific privs for users in CAT1.  To allow Jane to set privs I must give her Super Admin for the entire site.  Is there a way to allow her to add privs to any user for this category?

I haven't been working with Q2A long so I may be incorrect, but I think you're thinking about it the wrong way. Users aren't in categories, questions are. Making someone a Super Admin of a category gives them SA rights over the questions, not users who post in the categories.

Hey Trent.  You probably found your answer to current state already.  I haven't used it yet, but I will take a look at this permission to category plugin in a few.

I'm looking for the same solution you posted here.

Yeah the issue is that permission to category does not control user privileges.  That appears to be a core function and was not considered when the plugin was created.  I have not had time to review the code but I'm sure there has to be a way.
