how to ask private questions from question2answer?

i need an option to ask private questions which is visible only to admin and to user who ask that question.

Your question is not clear! There is already a private message function in q2a core 1.7.  Any user can go to the administrator (user) page and send him/ her a private question. Do you want something different?
