Users cannot block specific users currently. But they can turn off wall posts and/or private messages.

Re; the ability to block specific users. Might this get implemented soon. It would sure be a good feature.

It's certainly something I'll consider for future releases. Once I finally finish v1.8 I'll open another question here for requests and see what's most popular.
