What do you people think about having a block feature added

Iam trying to get interest in getting a block feature added (hopefully) to the next  version, this feature will give users the ability to block other members for answering any questions pming them or even seeing their profile...

Users can already be banned from the site (by admin/moderator). Are you talking about one user blocking another user?
