Text Editor Options

When I use my website in mobile in the text editor all functions (Eg. bold, font, alignment, link) is not working.

But the same works on the desktop.

I have attached two images to Distinguish it.

are you using v1.8 on site? if possible can you share your site url.

What mobile device are you using? I think some older devices won't run the CKEditor.

I am not able to have v 1.8, it always go and download 1.7.4

This is just the CKEditor disabling itself in some relatively old Android versions. Just update the CKEditor plugin. In order to do so you can follow the instructions in here: https://github.com/q2a/question2answer/blob/v1.7.4/qa-plugin/wysiwyg-editor/CUSTOMIZE.md

Alternatively, you could try just replacing the qa-plugin/wysiwyg-editor/ckeditor directory, taking into account this is not a major upgrade. You can roll this back any time you want by getting the original directory back again.

@shri sun, you can try below plugin, I updated ckeditor few months back for q2a v1.7.4

Yes v4.6.2 should work fine. Remember to clear the browser's cache before saying it doesn't work :)
