Make tag-cloud work

Right now my tag-page looks like this: 

But how can I make it into an tag-cloud?

Q2A version: 1.7.5

Tag cloud is a widget and not a page in itself. You need to visit Admin>Layout and then add Tag Cloud widget at your desired place to make it work. Remember, it's not a page but a widget.
