Let users switch themes

Currently Q2A allows admins to set sitewide themes - considering users might have different ideas on 'acceptable' themes - could we have users select or switch themes?

It's a possibility if there is sufficient demand, but there is also something appropriate about sites looking the same for all users. To think about...
