How do you get people to ask a question?

So I am all setup so may seem like a stupid question but what are your suggestions for getting people asking questions?

You need to make your Q2A forum interesting, make it appear it is alive.

Place your own questions (maybe with a different alias) and answer them.  If the answers are good, then other visitors will trust you and will ask questions.
