Image not showing after uploaded

After an image was uploaded, it wasn't showing in the question. Checking img src found a backslash was added to the src. I tried removing that backslash from developer tool, image showed up. My question is where the backslash is coming from and how I can remove it? 

for example  <img src ="\?qa=blob&qa_blobid=7399612091606308629">
