regarding including map in ask forum

I want to add map in ask a question page and the map catches the location automatically and display on the map. so that i can get the user location from where he is asking the question and. for detail i am attaching the screenshot:

If the users didn't consent to it (and don't have an option to not consent, i.e. turn it off) that would AFAICS be a violation of the EU GDPR, meaning it could have legal consequences for you. You may want to consult a lawyer on that.
