How to get facebook APP Id and Facebook Secret?

Trying to use the facebook login widget but it tells me i need a facebook app id and secret, then gives a link. But the link just takes me to my facebook page. When i click on 'developers' at the bottom, it too takes me to my home page. When i do a search for Apps on facebook, it gives me loads of info, but not how to get an app id or secret.

You must have to login when creating an app on Facebook, then try clicking on Developers at the bottom of the page and click the APPS on the top of navigation bar..

No, not sure what the problem was but it seems you can't get an app id or secret if you're using a facebook business account. If you click on developer then apps, it just sends you to your homepage, yet when i signed in with a standard facebook account i was able to create both. Thanks anyway.
