Whenever a question is asked it takes some time then directed to a page with this message:

Please be informed that the question is found to be submitted even after the occurrence of this message. tried many browsers but problem still exist with same message.
Installed question2answer version is 1.6.3
No upgrades were made, fresh installation with above version.
any ideas to solve this issue? Thank you in advanced.
