How can i do a go.php with rel nofollow tag for links in the questions and answers text...

For Example:

If some one insert any link in to a question or answer

<a rel="nofollow" href="http://mysitename.com/go.php?=http://userslink.com">http://userslink.com</a>

And in GO.PHP there will be a "Warning !you will be leave from our site in 30 second..."
