I installed a fresh copy of the q2a platform. Everything was great. I was able to change themes from the GENERAL tab as the Super Admin. After a while, I was unable to change themes. When I change to a new theme, the default theme does no want to change. I even deleted all of the files and dropped the database and created a new one, and I am still having the same issue.
