When I Change the version to 7.x the website can't work properly (I have only a white page when post a new question!)

You need to check your web server logs for errors.

Impossible to know without any error logs, but you can try disabling all your plugins (remove them from the qa-plugins folder) then if the site works, re-add them one by one.
