I may be missing something but I have restarted the install process several times without success.
Environment WinSvr2008, PHP5.4, IIS7 MySQL etc.
I have an existing Q2A of an older version running successfully. I downloaded and installed 1.5.3 last evening (26th) for new project. Created database. Enterered details for Super Administrator. Attempted to login. Everytime for Administration Centre, I get Error Message "Please log in as the administrator to access this page."
