It would probably be a plugin. I think it would be a realy awsome plugin/feature. The users who dont want to register, can still see the answer to the question, but with helping you promote your website, while if they register they dont need to like but probably will do anyways.
Any dev interested in a thing like this, i would pay for the plugin to be opensource... available for everyone.
