After Adding Badges Plugin, not able to visit Plugin page in admin area

Hello,

I have installed the Badges plugin, but it is not working as of now. Once after installation, if I go to admin/plugins page, its broken (theme files (mostly css)) not loading may be. If I go to mysite/badges, then only this much information shown there:

60 total badges

I have the same issue, may be this plugin is not working with the Q2A version: 1.5.4.
