Regarding v1.8.3 zip

I dont see question2answer-1.8.3.zip on below page. can you please add. similar zip is available for all other releases. I know it is not really required but just to be consistent with other releases.

For some reason the upload failed originally. Should be working now.

I would like to know if in that version the sending of private messages to users registered by others that have not yet been approved is corrected. Thank you.
